I love my backyard. After all the work I put into it this past weekend I should! I was out there for for 6 hours on Saturday weeding, digging and planting. I also planted a bunch of impatiens out in the front but I JUST realized I didn't take a photo of it. Oh well, maybe it will be my photo for tomorrow :)
This last photo is not as impressive without the full story. This whole area was completely overgrown with the biggest weeds I've ever seen. I completely gutted it and then went out and bought a few daylilies. It's not quite finished yet (no border and no pretty mulch) but it's a billion times better than it was and I can't wait for them to start blooming.
